With the approval of the Board of Directors, we present the required documents for JENDER membership for the 2025 term. We kindly request that the necessary actions be taken as outlined below.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS / DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE

  1. A letter from the company stating that the person authorized to represent the legal entity for JENDER membership is duly authorized. (Sample letter provided below)

  2. A copy of the Industrial Registration Certificate of the legal entity/company – PDF

  3. A copy of the Capacity Report of the legal entity/company – PDF

  4. The legal entity's average annual turnover must exceed 3.3 million USD (A summarized balance sheet may be requested)

  5. The legal entity's Commercial Registry Gazette (Current)

  6. Company’s signature circular (PDF)

  7. A signed "JENDER Code of Ethics" with the company's stamp

  8. Company’s product and institutional promotional catalogs

  9. Standards, quality certificates, and certifications (national and international) related to the company and/or its products – PDF

  10. A photocopy of the Identity Card (for each representative of the legal entity/company)

  11. A photocopy of the Residence Certificate –
    a. E-GOVERNMENT (for each representative of the legal entity/company)

  12. Three passport-sized photos (for each representative of the legal entity/company)

  13. References from two JENDER members or companies

  14. Approval from the JENDER Board of Directors / "According to Law No. 5253 and Supreme Court decisions, the Board of Directors has full authority and discretion over membership acceptance." (Majority vote is required)

Note: All conditions and required documents for membership may vary at the discretion of the JENDER Board of Directors.
