Purpose and Activities of the Association
JENDER brings together companies that produce key components for power systems such as generators, cogeneration and trigeneration systems, renewable energy-connected hybrid systems, gas and hydrogen fuel power systems, electrical storage, alternators, containers, and control systems. Our association aims to address industry-related issues faced by these companies, promote quality and capacity development, and organize sector-specific training, certifications, workshops, and conferences. We seek to enhance the reputation of Turkish-made products through collaborations with public and private organizations both domestically and internationally.
Work Areas Conducted by the Association
Our association supports industry development by providing experience sharing, technical support, and coordination. We contribute to the personal and professional development of our members, promote business ethics, and support fair and transparent market development. We organize educational events such as training sessions, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, we prepare industry publications and establish a documentation center. Social activities are organized to strengthen relationships among members. We engage in international collaborations and support social responsibility projects.
Membership Conditions
To become a member, legal entities that adopt and work towards the association's objectives can propose up to 3 individuals for membership. Membership applications must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated by the Board of Directors within a maximum of 30 days. Members are required to regularly pay their annual dues. Accepted applicants will be recorded in the association's register. Membership may be terminated by the Board of Directors for non-compliance with the association's rules or failure to pay dues.
Types of Membership
The association's members consist of legal entities that adopt the association’s ethical values and operational principles, and individuals recommended by these entities. Each individual member has one voting right in the General Assembly.
Termination of Membership
Membership may end due to voluntary resignation, the member's death, non-payment of annual dues, or actions contrary to the association's objectives. All outstanding dues must be paid up to the date of departure for those who resign or are expelled.
Discipline and Appeals
The association manages disciplinary matters through its Disciplinary Committee. Members can appeal disciplinary decisions within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed and decided upon in the General Assembly. If no response is received within the appeal period, membership will be terminated.
